I have no clue. I only know where to find it.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

As I said, in the skin.xml. And you have already found that.

not possible as @WanWizard already mention it you have to do it in source, putting text somewhere is possible

you don´t know how long is service or event, where to put the brackets, do you know of skin with such brackets, we could crib it from there, I think it is done in setup, customize in some team images so won´t work in OpenPLi

replace picture /usr/share/enigma2/PLi-FullHD/infobar/pbar.png with your own or in skin_template.xml under Infobar Template change path to your own png file.
Size: 1380*12
