The website is a bit of special design, and I am not certain it will be the same order of days tomorrow and the next days.

In such a case, I have to adapt the grabber.

Checked this morning, and I had it wrong (made the wrong choice).

The website lists as the first day the current day.

 

Changed the grabber accordingly.  New grab is running.  (I have to run the complete UK-basic file to update it)

Hi Willy,

 

I noticed some text lines in the epg info of PBS America that should not be there.

I only see text lines like this in the epg info of this program, the epg info of other programs on this channel are ok.

Maybe one of the grabbers needs a smal adjustment.

I seem to have a few channels with no epg data, this could be just me but I have tried deleting and downloading the epg data again and have changed storage devices and still the same.

Could you have a look and if it is just me, sorry to have wasted your time, the channels with no epg are,

These channels are in the Misc file under General (at the top of the list)

 

Reason:  These channels are active any many different platforms, and in order to avoid grabbing them 4 or 5 times, I have put them in the Misc file.

 

So, import this source also.

I have noticed yesterday quite a few channels that weren't showing any listings so I have just checked this morning and more a less all channels have no listings now.

I have just checked in the EPG Importer logs and its downloaded 114630 events which is about average.

Has something else changed do you know? If it was a couple of channels I would check the references but this seems to be far too many.

I have the same issue, tried everything I can think and still have missing epg for 53 channels,epgimporter shows 114978events, been happening for a couple of days, but its not always the same channels that have missing epg.  epgimport.log   7.84KB   2 downloads

Just done another import this time 115116 events, I have even more channels with no epg, as if the system cannot read the epg file properly, but all my settings seem correct.

Openpli does not have a problem with this the version EPGimport in openpli 7.3 and higher 

Checks the lastupdate.txt file.  And this file is too old on vuplus.

 

So you are using either an old version of Openpli or another imsge which does not check the lastupdate file.

What can you do?

 

Update to Openpli 8.1

 

Or try updating EPGimport from the feed of your image.

 

Other things you can do

 

Disable vuplus in the hosts file

Or

Edit the rytec.sources.xml file. Replace vuplus with some dummy value.

The download from vuplus will then fail and another site will be automatically selected.

You are correct, I am not using openpli, Im using openATV.

 

Do you know where I can find the rytec.sources.xml file and the hosts file?

Sorry cant edit last post again,

 

I have found the host file and rytec.sources.xml.

 

If you have time, could you tell me what to edit in the rytec.sources.xml file and what to add to the hosts file, so that I know for future reference?
