Strange.  (but not impossible).

I cannot find the reason for it.

However. The Quest + 1 schedule was taken from another website as compared to the Quest channel.

Changed it to the same website, so the problem should be solved.

I've looked futher into this.

Your solution is more of a workaround. In the import of this morning, before your change, Quest was Ok again, and judging from the descriptions that was data from the original site.

If I check the rest of the EPG:

  • 18/04, 8:00, DIscovery and Discovery +1 have the "one-hour-gap" problem
  • 18/04, 19:00. Discovery History and History +1 have the "one-hour-gap" problem
  • 19/04, 00:00, Discovery History and History +1 have the "one-hour-gap" problem
  • 19/04, 06:00, Discovery History and History +1 have the "one-hour-gap" problem
  • 21/04 00:00, Discovery Turbo and Discovery Turbo +1 have the "one-hour-gap" problem

 So it's not an incident. Interestingly enough, all channels from the same owner.

Quick Fix or work around whatever you will call it.
When you reported that Quest OK was an Quest +1 not, I checked the grab and saw that they were grabbed from different websites.  I do not do this normally (use the same website)>

I quickly concluded that changing the grab of Quest +1 to the website of Quest would correct the error.

Do not investigate it further.

But it seems that more channels have the same problem.  And indeed:

<programme start="20190418050000 +0000" stop="20190418060000 +0000" channel="Discovery.uk">
    <title lang="en">Mighty Ships</title>
    <sub-title lang="en">(S4E3)</sub-title>
    <desc lang="en">Skandi Arctic. DSV Skandi Arctic is the biggest and newest saturation dive support ship- a lifeline for aquanauts working dangerous jobs hundreds of metres under the sea</desc>
  </programme>
  <programme start="20190418070000 +0000" stop="20190418080000 +0000" channel="Discovery.uk">
    <title lang="en">Gold Rush</title>
    <sub-title lang="en">(S8E5)</sub-title>
    <desc lang="en">Son Dethrones Father. While Parker Schnabel fights rising floodwaters to save his cut, Hunter Hoffman makes a bold decision shut down his operation and his father's</desc>
  </programme>

I see the error.  But it requires further investigation.  The website does not show any gabs.  So why?

To be continued.

OK.  Found it (I think).  At least I can explain now both errors, and repaired it in the grab.

The gabs:  Stupid reason.

The sky.com website lists the shows in al list.  All the shows are included for the schedule of today.  Now to properly grab it, the shows which are finished have to be removed from the list.

Luckily all the shows have a tag.  FINISHED, NOW_PLAYING, NOT_STARTED.  There was a statement with removed the shows with term:  FINISHED.  I meant however that all shows which had this word somewhere in the text where removed.

Reversed the selection.  Instead of removing, now only included the shows with the tag "NOT_STARTED".  This seem to solve the problem.

The extra +1 hour timeshift.

This is my fault.  Accidental I shifted a number of +1 channels twice.  Meaning they had now an offset of 2 hours.

Unfortunately this meant I have to go manually through the config file to find these channels.  I hope I got them all.

New grab is running and will be uploaded asap.  (probably 10h15 GMT+2). After that it will take some time (max 1 hour) to synchronize all sites.

And the XMLTV file for the Uk sports/Film channels do have data for this channel.

I do not know why you do not have EPG for this channel.

One question though:  I was told that no one can descramble the Sky UK channels anymore on a enigma2 machine....

How do you watch it?

Is this true for all scrambled channels at 28E?

Some time ago there were still some channels that could still be watched on an Enigma2 receiver despite they were scrambled.

No, it depends on the transponder.

All Sky and HBO transponders (virtually all HD transponders) are scrambled, so even with a valid card you can't watch. Others, like the ITV HD transponders, Discovery SD, and some others, are not scrambled at the transponder level and can be watched if you have a valid subscription.
