The service ref is already added.

I have EPG on my receiver.  But when I scanned 28.2E the channel came up as:  1:0:19:CD5F:844:2:11A0000:0:0:0:

Would be nice if the channels file was viewable on Microsoft Excel. Not everyone uses openoffice.

I saved the file in excel format so excel user can read it.  It should be at least excel readable.

If it is not, pls. advise me how I can make it excel readable.

PS: Wikipedia tell me this:

 

The channel closed on 1 May 2018, becoming an on-demand only service available on other platforms as well as Sky

The channels are still on the SAT (ITV Encore, ITV Encore+1 and ITV Encore HD).

 

ITV Encore currently shows the signal of ITV3 (encrypted, decodes on my card), ITV Encore+1 is blank (encoded, doesn't decode on my card), ITV Encore HD  is blank as well (encoded, doesn't decode on my card).
