Hey!

 

Ich bin vor kurzen vom normalem HD Skin auf die neuen Full HD Skins gewechselt, genauer gesagt auf den PLi-FullNightHD. Bei den normalen Skins mit 1280x720 Auflösung wird das SerienRecorder-Plugin bildschirmfüllend angezeigt, siehe Screenshot.

Seit dem Wechsel auf die FullHD-Skins wird das Plugin nicht auf den ganzen Bildschirm skaliert sondern werden nur noch klein dargestellt. Siehe weitern Screenshot.

Wie kann ich die Plugins wieder bildschirmfüllend anzeigen lassen?

The plug-in creator / coder should fix and update his plug-in

Naja, der Ersteller sagt, sein Plugin passt sich automatisch an die Auflösung an und es liegt am Skin  

 

The creator says the plugins scales automatically to the correct resolution so he thinks it is a skin issue.

The plug-in seems not to autofit... The plug-in maker needs to adjust this or someone needs to add HD screens in the skin for this plugin

The plugin does this:

skinFactor = 1

# Check if is Full HD / UHD
DESKTOP_WIDTH = getDesktop(0).size().width()
if DESKTOP_WIDTH > 1920:
    skinFactor = 3.0
elif DESKTOP_WIDTH > 1280:
    skinFactor = 1.5
else:
    skinFactor = 1
print "[SerienRecorder] Skinfactor: %s" % skinFactor

and then uses this skinFactor to calculate widths and heights. So in essence it uses a percentage, which will never work properly.

And I see directory the bug here... IT should be >= 1920, >= 720.... IT never can select 1920x1080 skin that way!

And the first line in this fragment is not required and you can also make a one liner of it

No, it uses factor 1 for 720x1280, factor 1.5 for 1920, and factor 3 for larger than 1920 (UHD skins, which I don't think exist yet).

 

And then it uses code like

self.chooseMenuList.l.setItemHeight(int(25*skinFactor))

to calculate widths and heights...

What factor is reported when using a FullHD skin on an OpenPLi image?

 

Check for

[SerienRecorder] Skinfactor: %s"

in the enigma output. Perhaps the calculation of the screen dimension goes wrong?

I know it should, but I wanted to know if that is really the case. Because 1.5 x 1280 = 1920, so the factor should be spot-on if the resizing code in the plugin is ok.

there seems to be already an UHD/4K skin for Dreamboxes but they cannot really be used.

I did review the pictures above.... One shows it full screen thr other one in a window.... What is meant now...? The plugin is shown in a window?

Sorry but I have no clue what you exactly mean. The first picture shows the plugin using a 1280x720 skin, the second picture shows the plugin using a 1920x1080 skin. I want the plugin to use the full screen like it does before I've switched to the new FullHD skin. The plugin creator says his plugin autoscales to the correct resolution so he thinks it is not a plugin issue. OpenPLi says the creator should update his plugin and it is not an OpenPLi issue.

All I know is that it is not like it should be and that I'm not able to fix it by myself.
