Yes I also get the OpenSSL error on a clean flash here.
However IPTV Player does work fine and it only displays the error once.
Maybe samsamsam can enlighten us on this error.
I can also downgrade OpenSSL but that will require a new build which will take a while.

I just updated iptv player and have the same error.(openssl 1.0.2g)

I have iptvplayer set fixed on the previous commit(5064b99e0c048c23316fd082e87d6bb6f729f1c2) for now to get rid of it.

 

No need to downgrade your openssl to 1.0.2f.

You only remove the message but:

At now IPTV Player not support OpenSSL 1.0.2 and some functionalities will not WORK.

 

The message is not mistake. For example some streams can not work .etc.

I am missing this:

 

- Applied christophecvr's patch for setting the debug level.

  You can find the option in the bottom at Menu -> Settings -> User-interface.

  Setting it to "0" will disable eDebug's completely and will give you smoother playback of IPTV streams on slower receivers.

 

Where did it go ? Can't find this setting anymore...

It is no longer needed, now by default enigma2 does not log eDebugs. Default level is now 3 which is almost similar to 0.

By the way, for the "Bahasa Indonesia" part it's missing some files:

/usr/share/enigma2/countries/id.png

/usr/share/enigma2/po/id

/usr/lib/locale/id_ID

 

All in all, it's getting better.

It seems that there is no solution that IPTV player it work on this image....really bad..IPTV player is best plugin for Dreambox....DM 800HD SE..

The solution is already given above, IPTV player needs to be adapted to work with a newer OpenSSL version.

It can be found here: https://gitlab.com/i...tvplayer-for-e2 but the author has to update the code for this new version of OpenSSL, the current version doesn't work. He already wrote that in post #26.
