I make a DVD structure for test (A small because my iso are 6~8 Gb !)

You can see on a VU+ DUO2 that the DTS track has no sound anf if you just extract the VOD file you can ear DTS !

@coin76 thanks I'll test.

 

Yes the sound does not start automatically but :

 

Once the video is running , and You reselect the audio track .

 

Start playing the video self (not vob file) : remeber taht the VIDEO_TS must be a submap of THE moviemap.

 

It will run with libdreamdvd. once it's running :

 

push yellow button You will see that the DTS (en) is focust just press ok and the audio plays.

I'll hope the procedure by just reselecting the track does work out for @coin76 full movie also. In that case we have a good clue as for where to search to solve this issue which is then only a small bug by libdreamdvd  

 

However my experience is that such small bugs are many times the most difficult to solve

i hav send u a PM with a link for a dvd iso file with DTS sound sow u can check but file is 6.25 GB

First i select the DTS track --> No sound

I select again the DTS track (already select) and it works

You are magic !

Now just to correct this little bug, the hardiest was to detect it.

It's A user work-around but it works.

On dm8000 we have no such issues. but on vuplus series in general the libdreamdvd does do that don't know if it's a driver issue or libreamdvd or dvdread issue
