I just received a DM7020s and set sat config just the same as my dm500. I have zero in SNR. Settings for dm500 are:
LOF/L: 09750
LOF/H: 11250
Threshold: 11700
Increased voltage: unchecked
12V output on: unchecked ?? (doesn't exist on dm500)
Are there any other considerations to be taken into account? Thanks.

Resolved! it was a switch problem.
