Plugin Weather processed and a few improvements.

The PLI-FullNightHD skin is my favourite skin.
I like it very much.
Only "problem" the volume bar ist at the outer left side of the screen and I'd like to 'shift" it some cm to the right.
Is that possible?

Why is this a problem? This way it does not have any overlay with other skin stuff.... When you do not fully see it, you have an overscan issue... So I would recommend to 'follow' the overscan wizard...

The word "problem" was deliberately set in quotation marks.
It is not a problem; just a bit uncommon to my eyes.
And no overscan issues here.
The only question was if it it would be possible to set the volume bar a few cm to the right.
Didn't want to bother anyone..
