Hello Pli Team,

 

the Blu Ray Player plugin no longer works, it is no longer displayed visually in the plugins.
Must be the update of the last days, a backup from 10042016 was ok.

On openpli image a long time he could not be found in the plugins, just as for example dvd.

If you've installed this plugin simply click in the movie list on bluray disk or folder and contents will open in bluray plugin.

Hello PLI team,

 

Blurayplayer plugin stopped working, tested old backup from 07042016 with ET9000, the box falls from then.
With current Pli software update, the film is like when playing a TS file displayed but not reproduced.

 

Can someone help me?

If you have installed an old version of the plugin uninstall it.
Install the plugin from feed.
Restart enigma.
Open the file list and try.

Hello Taapat,

 

have old uninstalled, new installed by Feed, tried a current image and installs only the Blurayplayer. My ISO file will not be displayed or played. Not long ago, the Bluray overview was in selecting the ISO file is displayed and you could choose the title and this was then played.

Now only the display appears as if a TS Dati plays with the media player, but a video is not the appear.

Can someone test?

Because something must have been changed at the plug-in version that this no longer is.

Can anyone say whether that plays plugin iso files to me?

I can play iso on zgemma and solo2 without problems.
I have read that some receivers have problems with iso mount.
But if for you bluray iso worked before, then now they have also work.
Maybe show a some screenshot, what you are doing to play iso.

And keep in mind that BluRay iso's may also be copy-protected! Only non-protected BluRays can be played!! Maybe you should look into that matter first..

There have been works on mdev mount. But then also problems whit dvd should arise.

 

If the current master is merged into master-next I'll try to see if it is related to the current changes in mount options.

Note merging the current master in master-next would be nice : but I saw that the changes concerning mdev where already in will first update my master-next core and check to see if that is the cause we should have the problem also with dvd's.

Just tested but for dvd cd (original media with dvd player) or  iso files all ok. This means You're missing something on You're box and or the plugin is not ok for blu ray.

Ter info indeed the current blu-ray player plugin breaks playing off all iso files.

 

I do not have a blu ray media but if :

 

I install the current blu-ray player plugin I can not play any iso file anymore. There is a bug in the last blu-ray player plugin self.

If is iso, plugin mount iso file, check the structure, and if it does not comply with bluray, umont iso and play as dvd.

There may be a pause before playing the dvd, if fails iso mount at once.

I did not check on what it breaks with a log file yet ,

 

but by me last master-next : last e2.

 

All dvd iso files are playing nice, but if I install the blu ray player plugin not any dvd.iso file opens (even if I reboot stb ) If I uninstall bluy-ray player plugin all dvd iso files are working back ok. I will now do this with log.

I find some small dvd.iso for test and find the reason.

I fix this today.

Yes here a log file I tried to play a dvd.iso file whitout the plugin and all ok.

Then a file I tried to play dvd iso file with the blu ray pluging installed not ok.

What happens is that the moint point is ignored after the blu-ray plugin is installed.

 

Without plugin  playing ok :

<  1422.515> playing 4369:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:/media/DVDISO/The_PACIFIER.ISO

With blu-ray plugin nok

<  1792.730> playing 4369:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:/media/Bluray_The_PACIFIER
