Hello , can you please explain how can i blind scan astra28.2e on dreambox 500HD Some uk channels have no signal for example Bt sport 1 and bt sport europe also bt sports Hd when i scan the channels didnt save maybe i don't know how where can i found channels after scanning?

Hi,

 

Hardware needs to support it to perform a real blind scan, moreover the channels you are looking at are not feed so no need for blind scan to find them.

 

Check information on a site like:

Once the in the channel list (up key on the RCU-, press the red button (to access the all channels list) and look for them, they are alphabetically sorted in this view.

Once found press the menu button and use add to favorite.

Pr2 when the blindscan finished searching dreambox restarts it says enigma error ltb something like that but in another way in manual search when i write bt sport 1 frequency from kingtvsat result 0 still didn't find

Are you in the reception area for these UK Beam  transponders? UK/Ireland/ Belgium (West )/Netherlands (West)?

Is your dish big enough?
BTSport 1:     DVB-S   11343 V 27500 5/6 QPSK
BTSport HD:  DVB-S2 11386 V 29500 3/4 QPSK

How do you want to receive channels if your antenna doesn't get the signal (or if it is too weak) for this TP.

But bt sport 2 and bt sport espn works very fine 15.6db also all sky sports works just bt sport 1 and europe don't

bt sport 2 and ESPN are on 11081.00 H, Europe wide transponder

 

UK transponder reception beam area: https://sat.ses.com/...images/12494520 <= can't receive in Albania

EU transponder reception wide  area: https://sat.ses.com/...images/12495356 <= could receive in Albania

So bt sport 1 and europe wont work? Or is there any way to work?

All these are probably not receivable in Albania with standard consumer dish.

- Astra 2E UK beam

- Astra 2F UK beam

- Astra 2G UK beam

Unless someone shows other way.

But 60% of sky uk channels works 40% don't

Replace signal by light:

- UK beam: light is not shinning on Albania: you got no reception

- EU beam: light is shinning on Albania: you got reception

 

On these transponders only you would get a signal!

hence why you receive some transponders and others not.

Hello, channels are often moving between satellites and transponders, to keep track of what is possible or impossible from 28e, one must actively stay updated through lists like http://www.flysat.com/astra28.php and read forums.

In Albania, maybe something like a 5 meter dish could work for some of the 28e UK beams during some periods of the day, but probably completely impossible.
Just make the most of what's received from the EU beams.
