Replace your internet?
What is slow? How do you define slow? If your internet download speed exceeds the NIC speed of the box, you shouldn't complain I think... 
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

software updates and download plugins is very slow but my internet is fast in my pc

when downloading any plugings is to slow and appear opkg_download:failed to dowload http: ................ ,wget returned 1 .

And what happens if you download that same URL using your browser?
All download mirrors have gigabit internet connectivity and they all work fine. Also, make sure your box is up to date, otherwise it might want to download files that no longer exist.
