According to Dorcel TV's guide on their homepage currently playing is
16:25 - 19:03 "Play Vol. 1"
According to EPG data that program is at 18:25 - 21:03
So EPG data is 2 hrs late

Hopefull correct now.
(At least the schedule corresponds with the homepage)
The error was that one grabber produced a schedule in the wrong timezone.
But this means also that the 25 % of the Croatian channels had a wrong schedule. Because they were taken from this particular website.
