Both the channel ref is present in the channels file and the channel has data in the XMLTV file.
So I do not know you do not have EPG on that channel.
Maybe, you can try to give your receiver a good kick. Meaning switching it off. Remove from power. Wait 5 minutes. Start the receiver and do a new import.
