Why is the Pillarbox option not available at 16:9??  It there any option to do that on the player?, i don't want correct the files with MKVmerge or reëncoding!

Because that options could not do anything at all.

If the signal is 16:9, it will be presented as 16:9; nothing you would want to do about that.

But since you ask it, I presume you're watching something in 16:9 while the actual contents is 4:3 and the picture is nelarged to fill the screen? If so, that a fault in the contents, and not in the box/TV.

Yes the video is scretched 16:9. I know this a fault in the content, but it seems too be ugly. 

Is there some plugin to change aspects ratios? (even for faster changing, system menu is a little bit difficult)

If there a hardware based solution to put HDMI signals to Pillarbox?

Sorry, my TV also don't have option to force 4:3 out.

For the same logical reason as your STB doesn't have that (as I tried to explain).

I have found autoresolution tool but that do nothing with the aspect ratio.

If you would have Pillarbox @ >16:9, you would create black bars on all 4 sides of the contents.....

as far as I can remember, I saw this on ATV images on green button (long or short?), you could force 4:3 on services that stretch too much on 16:9 (broad-bottomed effect), there are plenty of them on 16E Eutelast that broadcast this way, you just can´t watch them

The green button does not have a function on my box.

in the hotkey setting assign some key (might be aforementioned long green ) to 'Infobar' > 'Letterbox zoom' and you'll be able to toggle zoom options for not 16:9 TV content with it...

This do not display broadcast at 4:3 pillar and the problem is at a video file where i can not use this function.

This only works on a few boxes.

What exactly do you want to do...

Stretch 4:3 transmissions on hd channels is not possible (on all boxes).
