2 questions:

1. What is the service ref?

2. Where can I find the schedule? (My cyrillic is not up to this task)

We have a Bulgarian source in place. Problem is nobody has provided with info about the correct service refs.

f.i. I have:

1:0:1:12F:3:1:1863190:0:0:0:

you list:

s:0078:01860000:00b1:039e:31:0:0,"bTV Cinema",p:A1 BG,C:0

First of all it is difficult to compare, But it looks to me that the channel has been moved over time, and received a new reference.

I would appreciate if you can provide me the correct service refs for the channels you want.

pls. do it accordingly to this: https://forums.openp...g-for-channels/

If you want to try the rytec source at the moment it is:

<sourcecat sourcecatname="Rytec Bulgariya XMLTV">

Bulgariya (xz)

</sourcecat>

Thanks, I already use your Bulgarian source. After creating custom.channels.xml and describing several channels for which I did not have an epg everything worked out, but my idea is to add "more as a reliable example https://is.gd/tvbgepg" source link, because it has a lot of epg for Bulgarian and foreign programs. In addition, most users cannot and do not understand how and what to set up, so I want to help. I will prepare with the ref for Bulsatcom 39E, A1 Bulgaria 39E and Vivacom Bulgaria 45E and will provide the information. Many programs are repeated, but are still described by different names..I'll try to find more reliable sources of EPG. Greetings from Bulgaria.

OK. I understand now there are 2 providers on 39E - bulsat and A1.

It looks like I only have bulsat now.

However, can you import the Bulgarian source again, as I updated the channels file with a bunch of serviced refs from your list.

I cannot promise, I have them all.

But together, we can probably make something better.

I had a look at the file https://is.gd/tvbgepg, and I am not impressed by the quality of it.

Apart from the fact that for the use of this file, a channels file has to be created. And a number of channels have Cyrillic channel names, which are difficult for me to understand, and make links for it.

The foreign channels in that file, are included in several different XMLTV file from Rytec. f.i. ARD and ZDF are in the German files

A few more things.
1. https://epg.kodibg.org/ - bg language , but you can translate it with google.

scripts.txt - attach

2. <sourcecat sourcecatname="Rytec Bulgariya XMLTV">
Bulgariya (xz)

Bugariya must be Bulgaria.

Hope to be helpful with the info. If there's anything else I should do, say so.

When you import pls. also import The News, Misc and ero sources (They are in the General tag)

About the spelling of Bulgaria. That is the fault of Google. I wanted to write the name in the original language, but did not want to use Cyrillic characters. So I searched on Google, and that is what google came up with.

Will change it for future versions.

Willy

PS: Except for the above channels, can you tell me which of the Bulgarian channels have to be looked at. Missing EPG, Too skimpy EPG etc... etc...

Of course after the import of tomorrow

After the morning import (I put all Ritec, Romania, Bulgaria, 2 sorses Russia) several problems arose. On some channels (Viasat Explorer, Animal Planet, TLC) the broadcast is in Czech language I think, and the broadcast information is in Bulgarian. Attach photos. Some channels still don't have an EPG, and on Max Sport HD3 and 4 EPGs are the same. Tonight I will delete the EPG.dat file and try manual import again.

I also noticed a problem with EPGimport Filter and Release 7.2, which I wrote about in the main forum.
I will write again as I gather more information.
Greetings to the team.

The problem is probably also present on Viasat History and Viasat Nature

Edit; The Maxsport 3 and 4 mix-up is a typo. Sorry. Corrected

I thought about these channels from Croatia which have a Bulgarian EPG, and had a look at King of Sat and found out that there are Croatian version there.

So. I deleted the Bulgarian EPG from the Croatian versions.

PS: When you download again this evening, restart enigma2 first so the new channels file is retrieved.

This morning the MaxSport3 and 4 EPG is fixed, but the HBO HD and HBO3 HD are the same for certain hours (and the shows are different). Viasat Histori and Viasat Nature are fine. Viasat Explorer is with Croatian events and Bulgarian info. TLC and Animal Planet are fine. There is no epg on some channels on 45E and 39E on A1 (if necessary I can make an accurate list). All this after init4, delete epg.dat, init3, full restart and import only the Bulgarian source.

From King of Sat I can find this:

1:0:1F:44F:B11:39E:1860000:0:0:0:

1:0:1:68:B1:39E:1860000:0:0:0:

1:0:1F:67:B1:39E:1860000:0:0:0:

For HBO it is this:

1:0:1:139:2:1C:1860000:0:0:0:

1:0:1F:68:B1:39E:1860000:0:0:0:

But I do not know which one is for Bulgaria. King of Sat is not clear about this.

Can you shed some light in the darkness, pls.

Both these HBO channels are listed as from the Dolce provider.

Can you make a list pls (including the service refs) of the missing channels. If you cannot do everything in one go, just give me some channels to fix.

I do not have access to 39E so I cannot test anything. I may have a schedule in the XMLTV file but a wrong link. I cannot tell.

A single channel I can try to match on King of Sat, but that is not always conclusive. And even this search is not easy.

(the viasat channels, TLC and Animal Planet I tried to fix yesterday with the help of King-of-Sat)

Also for Viasat Explore:

1:0:1:46D:B11:39E:1860000:0:0:0:

1:0:1:6F:4:1:186AFB6:0:0:0:

1:0:1F:46D:B11:39E:1860000:0:0:0:

Which one is here the wrong one?

So, I need some help form somebody who can really see the results. Somebody to be my eyes.

Willy

I will help ((if you are looking for help or your eyes) :)

1:0:1:6F:4:1:186AFB6:0:0:0:
    this is correct - Bulsatcom39E

1:0:1F:68:B1:39E:1860000:0:0:0: - HBO HD - A1_Bul_39E

1:0:1F:67:B1:39E:1860000:0:0:0: - HBO3 HD - A1_Bul_39E

1:0:1F:44F:B11:39E:1860000:0:0:0: - HBO2 HD - A1_Bul_39E

Dolce have hbo channels too. Bulsatcom and Dolce have simulcrypt channels TV1000, DaVinci, CNN, Viasat ... and few more( Flysat.com, en.kingofsat.net and etc.).

The channels I watch is DVB SAT, IPTV or streaming from my other satellite receivers.iptv and some of the stream ref channels are accurately described.
If I browse channels about 39E and 45E, epg then all channels are fine. Basically I look at Bulsatcom and if I have not switched to other providers 1-3 days theirs epg is blank. Тhat's why i use the plugin.
I make list of the missing channels and post here. I hope I was helpful.
