Well, asking for a correct screen in a skin should not be asking too much (especially as the screen is being offered). If it is, you're not a devoted skinner.
And I fail to see any ruddiness in this topic.

Generally speaking not personally.
We are a spending time explain the obvious, that is really helpful to collaborate on github!
I am sure that you can create a simple PR in github, so next time lets take that route.
