Please correct/add the EPG data from these channels.

There are in Portugal 2 channel´s named TVI:

Baby TV and Nat Geo Wild are indeed empty.  The grab failed for these channels.  Fixed.

 

SIC Caras:  Does have data in the XMLTV file.

 

Service refs wrong?  This is what I have:

I think you have another problem.  Checked the XMLTV file and found f.i. this:

To start with can you find the service reference of 3 or 4 of the channels which are missing?  Post these.

I could be that you are looking at channels which do not have a link between the EPG and the service ref.

Another thing you could try is giving your receiver a good kick, meaning shutting it down, cut from power, wait 5 minutes and restart and reimport.
