You can put something like this in the userbouquet.
#SERVICE 4097:0:1:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:http%3A//bcoveliveios-i.akamaihd.net/hls/live/217434/3083279840001/master_900.m3u8:London%20live
#DESCRIPTION London live
or use channeleditor like dreamboxedit, dreamset
(Probably the 4097 can be 5001 or 5002 when having ServiceApp but I did not test that myself.)
