Hello.

When I record a program so can I not see another program.

 

Is it something whith the settings?

To help you out, we need more info.

How many tuners are connected, what satelites, connected by diseq or by rotor?

I have two tuners diseq.

Before this i had Newnigma2, and then it worked perfectly

Lyckas inte få till rätt inställning så att ja kan se en kanal samtidigt som ja spelar in en annan, kan endast se den jag spelar in?
Min utrustning är DM 8000 HD PVR DVB-S2 med Twin Tuner + tuner DVB-T + 500GB HDD
Tuner inställning,

Tuner A
Konfig. läge, enkelt
Läge, DiSEqC A/B
Port A, Int.707/Thor2,3 (0,9w)
Port B, Astra/Sirius (5,0E)

Tuner B
Lika som tuner A.

Båda Tuners (A o matas med separat kabel från parabol via en DiSEqC väljare (två huvud med två utgångar från resp.).
Båda tuner ser ut att vara ok (kan få bild från en i sänder).

If you start a recording, and then go to the channel list to select another channel, are they greyed-out, or are they white and selectable? What softcam and what version of that softcam are you using?

If you record on one satellite, you will not be able to watch programs from the other satellite. This is a limitation with your current setup

This is not true. With separate coax cables into each tuner this works fine. I can record something from Astra and something else from Hotbird. You need to setup your tuners correctly and have separate cables... I have my tuner settings same as TS. Tuner B same as A...

I said "with his current setup". Of course recording/watching different satellites is possible with a different setup, but that does not answer his question

His setup is the same as mine! In my case A/B/C/D instead of A/B in his case. But if he uses separate cable for each tuner he should be able to use multiple recordings. Perhaps his box has fallen victim to a streaming server occupying one of his tuners permanently? Let TS check the status of his tuners! Are both occupied even when NOT recording?
