dear members,
can you please help me. my dream box does no longer launches correctly and shows this message:
"we are really sorry, your STB encoutered a software problem , and needs t be restarted.
have you ever heard about this probleme, if so can you tell me what to do so that my problem will be resolved.

They we need to know what the problem is. Get the error log from the box, or make a photo of the error message and upload that here.
And we need to know which box exactly, which OpenPLi version, and the last update date (see menu, info, about).
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Solo2.
After update to actual (02.11.2016) satellites.xml is not read.
(impossible to scan nothing)
Clean install the latest version (05.11.2016) not fix it.
Also, "greenscreen".
