We don't support the EVO Nova hardware but this hardware seems to be (almost) equal to some Zgemma hardware. It's up to the user finding out how to use that specific Zgemma version.
Mijn schotel is een T90 met 10 LNB's. Daarnaast voor de fun nog een draaibaar systeem met een Triax TD 78.
Dreamboxen heb ik niet meer echt actief. Verder heb ik ook nog een een VU+ duo2 met 500Gb harddisk + een VU+ Uno, Zero, Solo 4K, Ultimo 4K, Zero 4K, Uno 4Kse. + ook nog een Xtrend ET7x00. Daarnaast heb ik ook nog diverse andere modellen w.o. een Formuler F4, ET8500, ET7500, Mut@nt 2400HD, Xsarius Fusion HD se en verder nog wel het e.e.a. waarmee op verzoek vanalles wordt getest. Iemand moet het tenslotte doen. 
Los van de eerder genoemde modellen heb ik nog wel een rits aan testsamples als Mut@nt 2400HD, HD60, GB UE4K, GB Trio4K, Maxitec Multibox combo en Twin, Octagon sf8008, sf8008 mini en last but nog least enkele modellen van het Grieks Duitse Edision.
Voor centrale opslag van media gebruik ik een Qnap 219P met tweemaal 2 Tb harddisks + een Synology DS414 met 12 Tb Totale opslag.

That the manufacturer prints the openpli like logo / name on the back of the box doesn't mean that we actually support this hardware. There is only one place where you can find the genuine by OpenPLi supported hardware. http://openpli.org

The've even printed the ® mark, so changes are they've just ripped our logo from this site.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

No it won't destroy the box as it simply doesn't allow being flashed. If I recall right, I played a bit with a EVO Nova receiver and although I used a Zgemma image the box still worked. The box won't flash without changing some things. I don't remember what I changed.

thank you! So the written and pubblicita'sui various sales sites do not tell the truth '.. I have both dreambox 7020HD is 800 hd and I OpenPLi picture because I like for its simplicity' .. I'm sorry not to be able to use for boxes Evo Nova ... although I have seen that there is some backup over the network OpenPLi for this model, but I do not know 'if it's reliable ...

Just try a 'based on OpenPLi' image if it available on the internet. If the box gets broken return it to the one that sold you this box and tell him that there isn't OpenPLi support. Good luck.

hi, how can i install openpli to my receiver. My receiver is hdenibox. I know, this model have no support, but ist same as evo enfinity x1, or evo infinity combo or megablue x1. thanx

None of these boxes are supported by OpenPLi.
