I patch by myself the source code 1.4.50 and build by using bitbake (for solo2). Not tested...

It's an old patch: https://sourceforge....noop/patches/4/, patch allowing to decode HBBTV/MHP descriptor 0x15.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

It has not yet been pushed, because a test run fails because of github problems.

On oe-a they did revert it because of "it breaks the build for old boxes", But in our tests it was ok so should we check it for 2.6.x kernels or what ?
Maybe we need another patch for it, It would be great if oe-a members share their logs with us here.
