You're using a bad EPG data source, which is not utf8 encoded, which the box expects.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

That won't fix the bad EPG data. I would perhaps fix the error, in case validation has been added since the last update.

If you look at his picture, the crash is with the picon file. The issue he is experiencing was fixed over two years ago. That won't fix the bad EPG data. I would perhaps fix the error, in case validation has been added since the last update.

I'm guessing he is using a very old image. Took several posts to discover what image the chap was using (he posted this issue on another forum. He is adamant he is accessing a satellite channel and not an IPTV service).
He was referred here by someone else to ask where the crash logs are kept. I posted telling him that it was on the HDD, maybe he's not seen the response.

The response was that the crash logs are on the HDD.
It the problems are with the picons in combination with an old image, you need to remove the picons, make a backup of your configuration onto a USB stick (or your HDD), flash the latest image, and restore your backup.
