Image crash

Following the instruction I didn't update the image yesterday. I did that today but if I tray to use A/V Settings the image crash, other option under System Settings are OK, also image is constantly adjusting resolution as I change the channel (extremely annoying).

Can this be fix ?

Update firat or reflash. Enigma is old from sep 2016
