If I recollect correctly, it is the same issue I had some time ago.

Had to do with the host system itself.

To make a long story short: I switched to using a Docker image for the compilation (see topic https://forums.openp...post&p=631723).

With such a Docker image, no matter if your host system changes, you will always be using the same compilation environment (think of it as a virtual machine).

Probably your compiler + libraries are too new. Solution: check out the master-for-gcc5 branch, rebase it on master (because it hasn't been maintained for some time) and build from there.


* Wavefrontier T90 with 28E/23E/19E/13E via SCR switches 2 x 2 x 6 user bands
I don't read PM -> if you have something to ask or to report, do it in the forum so others can benefit. I don't take freelance jobs.

After i brought gcc5 branch up2date with master  i started compile and looks good so far

Can anyone tell me how i clean build env? make clean does nothing

You mean start from scratch? If yes, delete build directory.

 

Often it helps only to deleted build/tmp directory. In this case you don't need to rebuild everything, which takes 1-2 hours on a fast CPU.

Yes and if it fails unexplicably even then, you can delete the sstate-cache directory as well, but the first build will take considerably longer then.

Looks like Vuplus team is lazy so i took some time to merge some changes i need if all goes ok i will create a PR for them

No don't do it. It's an OE problem, VU+ has nothing to do with it.
