This is a known problem in crossepg. Crossepg does not use the namespace (C00000 and FFFF010A) parameter. So you end up with the same reference for both.
EPGimport does not have this problem.
There is however a solution for this. You have to apply a small modification to the configuration files. On the condition you do not have cable channels.
Replace in the configuration files:
rytec.channels.xml.xz
with
rytec.channels.xml-sat.xz
This last file does not contain the cable references and your problem should be solved.
BTW these is also a file called: rytec.channels.xml-cable.xz
This file contains only the cable and DVB-T references.
These files are also updated each time the channels file is updated.
