I have a cloud ibox 2 plus and did a update and now it will gets a MESSAGE < saying YOUR STB ENCOUNTERED A SOFWARE ERROR
please help what to do

We don't support that box. The download page shows all supported boxes.
Xtrend ET-9200, ET-8000, ET-10000, OpenPliPC on Ubuntu 12.04

your box is not suported here, cloudibox2+ and cloudibox3 are clones of these boxes
