Will be compiled VLCF Final RC21 for Iolite ?
In this version are to be repaired bug for "auto subtitles" = are used subtitles with same name as AVI.

Now, there in VLCF1.3 works only subtitles marked manualy in VLC on PC.

I am tried VLCF RC21 from Gemini - plugin starts, but Enigma restarts after cca 5secs

VLCF RC21 using own vlcf.xml, because there is added soutadd="soverlay,senc" parameter. It must be modified manualy, not from Webif...

I tried it, Gemini + VLCF Final RC21 works with "autoselection of subtitles" well.

I think, it is still release candidate, because it is under Gemini not so much stable, but it works...

In 1.3 is problem in procedure for choosing subtitles and VLCF not running VLC with soutadd="soverlay,senc" parameter, only with "soverlay".

Nope, no reaction from Gemini.
However, there's a thread here (can't find it now) which uses zapstream as a vlcf replacement.

No not zapstream, but "webif -> Zap -> Stream".

- zapstream is for streaming the current channel to a pc.
- zap -> stream is to let vlc transcode a video file and stream it to the dreambox.
Rather confusing in retrospect.

It is not so well, when you must still works with PC. With VLCF can be PC with running VLC and AVI files somewhere in net ...

I build VLCF Final RC22 into clear CVS 12.12.2007 and it works and auto subtitles too => when will be CVS 12.12 used in PLi, it'll work too ?

This version also has the symbol problem on dm600 is there some way you can keep this symbol so it works. Gemini must do something since it works there.

I think gemini is building enigma for the 600 with lcd support (even though the 600 has no lcd)
