Question for PLI coders..
Where is TV background color defined in PLI image.
As far as I noticed it is defined and using skin background color,
and that is not good.
If you have skin which is a different color and not black you get the colored line say with IPTV on top of TV screen
If IPTV stream not fill the entire screen.
So you can not use a different background color other than black in skins.
Or I'm wrong ???
