Hello,
I installed new OpenPLi image on my Formuler F3 yesterday (image OpenPLi-4.0-beta-formuler3-20170212_usb) and download VFD Control plugin, because I want to have channelnumber on the display when reciever is on and time only in standby. But there is a problem: when i set "channelnumber, in standby clock" in the plugin, on the display skips channelnumber and time every second.
On my old image from 30.7.2016 works everything fine, but now i want to use new image.
Thank you for your answers.

Now, like in any other receiver, also in receivers with 7 segment display what to show in the display should be specify in skin_text.xml.
Uninstall the plugin VFD Control, save this file in the folder /etc/enigma2, restart enigma and after that display show what you want.

You can find examples in the skins, or check the parameters in the converters.
Only remember that the display can show only the numbers.
I have not tested but for "elapsed time" should be:
<convert type="ServicePosition">Position</convert>
P.S.
I am in the file skin_user.xml automatically copying all screens from skin_text.xml, but actually there you can leave only screens what you want to change.
You can also add others if you like, for example ChannelSelection_summary: https://github.com/O.../pull/617/files
You can edit also skin_text.xml, but in this case after image update, this file will be changed to the original.
Therefore I propose to use your own skin_user.xml in folder /etc/enigma2.
