Im trying to get CrossEPG working on a Xtrend et5000. I solved 2 problems already.

1. libcurl dependency was not installed

2. CrossEPG in the feeds is different from git master.

    I changed crossepg_rytec_update.py to hxxps://raw.githubusercontent.com/E2OpenPlugins/e2openplugin-CrossEPG/master/src/enigma2/python/crossepg_rytec_update.py.

Now the problem is that when I try to run CrossEPG, I get the error message "CrossEPG error: cannot open crossepg database." Does anyone know how to get CrossEPG running?

I solved the "cannot open crossepg database" but now the OpenTV downloader hangs on "Reading titles" and eventually times out. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix that?

Or use OpenPLi image and install EPGimport.

(package name: enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport)
