Hi all,

I am loogking for command-line web browser with HTTPS support (and/or with JAVA support too).

I found the binary of the Lynx v2.8.6-r5 for Enigma2 (Mipsel CPU). Unfortunately, older version 2.8.6-r5 of the lynx does not support HTTPS. And newer versions are not avaiable for the Enigma2 :-/. I don't know how to compile a newer version of Lynx on to Enigma2 system (Mipsel CPU, SetTopBox Formuler F3). For Debian are there some packages (source code), but Enigma2 uses a different paths and folders maybe.

Mechanize module for Python langauge is a very nice opinion too. Unfortunately, HTTPS is not supported.

I need to make any WebBot script. Lynx is the best choice for this purpose.

Could someone compile a newer version of Lynx (2.8.8 or 2.8.9) for me and upload it ? As simple binary package please ? :-)

Enigma2 : OpenPLi-4

CPU : Mipsel architekture (BCM 7362)

Satellite box : Formuer F3

Thanks.

OpenPLi 4 wget doesn't support https, you can use curl, or fullwget installed from iptvplayer.

Or add the wget package to the feeds so everyone can install it :)

Come to think of it it wouldn't make much sense for PLi4 anyways since it's OpenSSL is very outdated..

So is OpenPLi 4. ;)

SSL support in 5 is not a problem...

1. login (password and username), post method

2. next click on pop-up window to close him

3. click on the first image (by index)

4. click on the second image

5. select from roll-up menu the choice + send method

6. check the code number from new opened window

By the way. Forget Java support. There is no java runtime environment available for Mipsel.

Guess he wants Javascript actually, not Java. Nothing uses Java these days...

Probably OpenJDK can be compiled for MIPS, there's nothing in the CPU preventing it from running a Java interpreter.

Yes, I need JavaScript support. There are no newer versions of the Lynx (HTTPS supporting) for Enigma2/Mipsel system. And especially the Lynx does not support JAVA too :-( .

I need to make a Web-Bot for Enigma2 system, because the script based on Windows system is very inefficient and I keep turning on computer.

I would like to try it with the help of Lynx, but I do not have the latest version compiled for Enigma2/Mipsel system.
