Is there image by dm 800 HD that work with usb dvb-t and iptv?

Very poorly... IPTV streams need a reasonable new gstreamer. This is not available in the ancient 2.18 kernel. Same for USB. Likelyhood of finding proper drivers is extremely slim to none... iF and I say IF you find them by sheer luck it would work.
But you should realise by now that the ancient DM800 is now complete obsolete and out of date... Slap a bit of money on the counter and get yourself a newer OpenPli 4 compatible device...
