Hi Folks

 

since the Mutant HD51 is an arm device - it is giving errors when i download the Crossepg from the Plugins

 

Is there a manual method to install Crossepg - is there an installation file i can install via local extension etc ?

 

Can I install it via telnet ? - I DON'T want to go to another image

 

I really like Open Pli - and this is the one thing I am unable to do ?

You have to find newest plugin - enigma2-plugin-extensions-cooltvguide_Coolman_V7.6.0_all.ipk

Coolman TV guide  != Cross EPG...

 

We do not recommend to use Cool TV Guide... as it is a closed source blob end the Coolman TV Guide ~= our build in Graphical MEPG...

You'll have to ask the CrossEPG guys. Afaik this a third party package too.

CrossEPG is also on GitHub. E2 Open plugin version has not accepted pull requests for years, nor kept up with changes to OE-A version

I am afraid that I could not on ARM CPU architecture. Errors about illegal operation.

 

People here hate CrossEPG downloader, so doubt anyone will help fixing the issue/s.

There's a binary in the CrossEPG package, which causes this misery. One of many reasons we don't like it.

I was trying in a wetek play, which sees the sd card and flash memory as storage devices.

 

Try this, works on solo4k on pli

 

It is from OE-A version

Changes:

Added a "poor man's boxbranding"

I added a dependency on curl so that it is also installed

Symlink for licbcurl.so 4 created

 

XMLTV/EPG import is better for online EPG acquisitions.

Thanks Abu, installed and works fine on SDG image on my SF4008.

 

Needs to go on the feeds here and SDG

Abu Baniaz, the above ipk will not install on RC 6.0 HD51, can you please update it.

The list of permitted architectures is different.

The postinst file is no longer required

 

Try the attached for OpenTV EPG. For Rytec, please use EPG/XMLTV importer.
