There were some changes yesterday regarding HDMI-CEC.... But you're the first one complaining today.... Maybe you need to reflash.... Post the crashlog here....

ups ... may be, if DM8000se has not HDMI (DVI only), then is not installed HDMI-CEC plugin ? There are defined configs tested there in stanby.py => GSOD ?

We need to see the error messages to know what exactly the problem is.

clear ... on boxes without hdmi-cec plugin ( i think - dm8000 only) are not defined "config.hdmicec..."

It must crash in standby on this line ...

if config.hdmicec.enabled.value and config.hdmicec.control_tv_standby.value and config.hdmicec.next_boxes_detect.value:

Sounds logical. Who still has DM8000 to check the config to be sure?

inserted the file, gui restart, then deep standby WITHOUT removing the file, everything works perfectly,no greenscreen....if i remove the file it would probably cause a greenscreen again...so i just leave it there.

THANK`S A LOT for the quick help...great job!! seems to be the solution....

what about the 7020 hd? since last update ,deep standbye and standby are working,no grenscreen but the HDMI CEC commands dont work anymoore. maybe you have an ideea about this problem? Thanks again

and last question: if i update tomorrow with the latest update will i have the same problem again?

if you will remove this .py file, new enigma's udate will replace this change, but if it will be repaired in server, then remove this .py
