Flashing the box again is not a problem, You can run the autobackup plugin to make a config and settings backup to a fat formatted USB stick before you do, and enable "autoinstall".
When done, download the image and extract the zip to the same USB stick (leave the directory structure in place), and flash the box.
We don't include TSpanel in our downloads, due to the potentionally illegal use of it. But there is a thread in this forum about it, so you could check that out for more information.

Thank you for your help,But most of The things you said went astray above my head. I understand I can reinstall openvix using a memory stick, Fat 32,Am I on the right track, will this renew all firmware Am I correct in saying firmware is the operating system? I bought the box already loaded up. Although I had a problem from the beginning and had to reload the skin. But I didn't lose the ccc. I then started experiencing the picture blacking out.And reinstall some new firmware that's when I lost the ccc., but then I went back to openvix.
I watched a couple of YouTube videos downloaded fileZilla And I think I managed to delete some of software on the box, Hence I need to renew the firmware.I hope this makes sense as I am not very technical.I basically just need to renew all my files on the box. And then get the ccc working again.
Cheers Chris

If you deleted some part of the firmware, you'd better reflash your box. After reflashing you may wish to add some plugins of your liking. Once everything is running fine perform a full backup and store this in a safe place.

Ok chaps I have followed the, you tube link, Followed it exactly to the letter but still no joy. The piece of software I bought said something "For channel list please go ajsat.co.uk -heres a video tutorial how to load channel list https://m.youtube.co...h?v=kVUkIR4-OYo"
I have probably committed another cardinal sin, including these links, but I am not sure what is allowed and what isn't. As some threads mention the C word Without rebuke. And been a bit of a cabbage head I'm feeling a bit out of my depth.

Which image are you using? OpenVix, OpenPLi, OpenATV,... ?
I am pretty sure that you are not using OpenPLi because the message that you mention here is not part of OpenPLi.
If you are using OpenVIX go and ask your question on there forum.
If you want support from here, flash an OpenPLi image.

Ok, as I have said, I am a cabbage and know nothing about this subject trying to learn here! I know nothing about different forums openvix, OpenPLi image, and I simply went into my menu plug-ins opened Tspanel. Found coder graphics just below MFARAj57. And googled it, which led me to this site in the belief that the two were connected.

How to flash the box:
1, Download an image and extract/unzip it.
2, Unzip it and copy the contents as-is to a USB stick, so including the folder structure!
3, Plug the USB stick into the back panel USB port. Make sure no other USB devices are plugged in.
4, Power on.
5, Press the Power key on the front panel after you see “USB”on the display. Then the display now shows “Flash”
6, Wait until the decoder restarts.
7, no need power off, just take off the USB when the receiver is working.
Note that this will wipe the entire box, so also any channel lists or other config that are already present on the box! If you have something of value, you need to save it first, for example /etc/CCcam.cfg, or the /etc/enigma2 directory (your GUI configuration and channel lists).
