you just have to stop oscam cam and replace oscam binary for the new one. it is this so simple way, nothing difficult on this operation.
to run oscam you must indicate the config files path, it is better to avoid this kind of errors. Oscam has its own pli version, be sure to choose this pli one version.

if you run oscam through gui, script do the job to locate config files, through console you must indicate config files path, I think so.

As you can see on you screen to download a pre-compiled version of OScam that requires to have libusb installed on your image.

And you don't have libusb installed on yours, so the problem is there!

 

Learn to compile your own OScam and you can compile it with option that you really need, clearly you don't need libusb.

Yes, you do if you wish to use USB readers like Phoenix, Smargo etc..

You intervention is useless, this skystar2 is trying to replace its current OScam with a newest one, since the current one doesn't use libusb for sure its replacement OScam (newer one) doesn't need it neither.

 

If he would need libusb he will already have it installed on its box and the replacement OScam will have work without throwing an error message about libusb.

for fox network in turksat have to use latest.

If you want I can compile the last binary version with simplebuild and upload it and give you the link in this thread. If you need some feature specially, you can tell me it before, I will wait your request. you can tell me which box you have got, mips32el or ARM. bye
