I have downloaded a skin called Blue/Black skin then the vu solo box went down and displayed a green screen saying please log in this forum by sending logfile, media/hdd/enigma2 crash 1493149132
See photo as attached.
It says it will restart STB in 10 seconds but it repeats the green screen with the message. It's on its loop mode I guess.
Can anyone help please?

If you also attach the log file that is mentioned on that screen, perhaps.
But I assume that skin is simply not compatible.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Most probably. Just use one of the skins from the feed.

Reading between the lines here and as its his first post and he's only logged in here because of whats shown onscreen, I would imagine he doesn't know how to do that. And as the box is in a boot loop he cannot change skin using his remote.
He needs to first FTP in and delete the skin he's installed.
So using your chosen FTP program navigate to
/usr/share/enigma2/
then delete the entire folder containing the skin you've installed,then restart Enigma2 and your image will then boot and return to the default skin. Then you can select any other chosen skin that you may have been using previously or any from the feeds as suggested above.

But if there is a skin in the feed that crashes, we would like to know, so we can remove it from the feed.
