Can anyone a free software tool to combine multiple resolution and bitrate video files?

 

If i do have right, the TS container can have that.

 

I searching for free software to combine multiple resolution and bitrate mp4 files to one files, without reencoding.

I think the TS format can that. I have seen a aspect ratio switch from 16:9 to 4:3. I have also seen a resolution switch when RTL Z beginning broadcast in the Netherlands.

Only thing not seen is bitrate switch however the bitrate on Digitenne is AVR. But maybe a constand bitrate can also been changed.

Have found televes_tscreator but don't know how to use it and not if it do reencoding.

It is hard to believe you found the software by yourself, and respond to your own question, in 6 minutes.

Next time, try to search a solution by yourself first, instead of asking questions before you've even tried to search anything by yourself.

 

I think that, if you try harder, you'll also find a tutorial how to use that software, so I suggest we wait an hour or two before replying...........

I understand the manual, also it is sofware for a device i don't have. Do anyone can wite a step by step guide?

Video i will combine are YouTube video's.

Why explain, or even worse, write a step by step guide for a device you don't own at all, it's a waste of time.
