1. I do not think that installation of ffmpeg libs or IPTV Player broke HDMI output. This is simple not possible

2. You can enable debug logs in the IPTVPlayer configuration "Debug logs" "yes, to file /hdd/iptv.dbg". Then reproduce your problem and provide debug logs.

I just checked and youtube works without problems, so you have local problem.

One more thing because of policy of these forum I will no support IPTVPlayer here.

You can use:

You are right. HDMI worked normal when I powered on on next day.

Now all IPTV Player Utilities installed and IPTV Player can update to the latest version automaticly.

But I can't play any video by Youtube in IPTV Player yet.

I wonder if Youtube in IPTV Player use SNI or not. In my zone, I only can visit Youtube by https.

Youtube works well on 6.0 rc no need additional patchs.

but no 1080P, intstead of 1080p or above, the biggest one is 720p.

You can use IPTVPlayer with give you possibility to watch youtube video in 1080p quality. In IPTVPlayer 1080p links are available from long long long time.

Google have nothing to do here.

Yes it does, mp4 with avc in it is only offered in max 720p. You can only watch the higher resolutions using webm, which isn't supported by all receivers.

@Erik Slagter

No. It is simply not true. Why do you write something without checking? Youtube serve video with 1080p codec with h.264 but video but in dash format.

Video and audio must been get from separate uri. Thats all.

And as I wrote: support for 1080p quality videos has been added from long, long, long time ago to IPTVPlayer and works enve on very old set-top-boxes.

So?

On my Solo4K with Pli-7.2 from time to time youtube gives the same error from post #1 "there was an error in creating entry list, Maybe try other lists..." , but it is annoying, i am searching for some cartoons it display a list and as long i am playing videos from that list is ok, if i do another search random error, if i insist to search different things at some point is going to display a list with results, if i try again to search for something else the error appear again, anyone know a quick fix?

many thanks

As far as i can see the plugin use IPv6 to resolve the youtube domain, and it connect to youtube when it works on port 443/HTTPS , but when it give the error try to connect on port 80/HTTP, which i think it is wrong, who use plain http those days....

I have tried few versions of this plugin from http://taapat.ho.ua/...plugin-youtube/ and all have the same issue, so i suspect that is not the plugin itself generating the issue, i tried to reboot the solo4k box, restart enigma, init 2  and init 3,  reset the router, the wifi, nothing helped....

I have observed that in general is doing this thing afternoon and during  the  night, could be some settings somewhere? I have checked my router and wifi nothing block youtube, and the VU has the parental control disabled. Also on any other device from my network youtube works, so the issue is only on my solo4k.

What else can block youtube?
