It's probably written for DreamOS, which doesn't seem to be compatible with OpenWebIf anymore (or the other way around).

That means the missing API endpoints need to be identified, and added to the Webif. It's not developed by us, so please report the issue here: https://github.com/E...penWebif/issues

Connect to the webif of your box and start the streaming, you don't need any specific application to watch your STB on PC.

Make sure you have VLC installed, open the webif, click on the tv-icon (the second one) on the left of the channel name?

I'm not aware of any other desktop application. There are a few for mobiles.

If this doesn't work for you, we're back at my previous answer, to try to get the OpenWebIf incompatibility fixed.

I've been using that little program for many years, really comfortable and lightweight.

I can't read Italian. What options are that again? The "anti-hacking" options?

The OpenWebIf has those to, but they are only relevant if you have opened your box on the internet, which is a dumb thing to do (your box will be hijacked by an illegal IPTV streaming network). If you access the stream through a VPN, you need to enable that to, in the plugin setup (menu - plugins - openwebif).

Google translator :)

It worked with those 2 red circle options.

No, I just need to see the tv from dm to pc locally, not the internet.

VPN I have never used, I do not know.

In fact, DreamStream E2 works but it does take a long time to connect, if channel change takes a long time and it often happens that it does not find the network ...

I forgot:
With dm is on DreamStream E2 is fast running, and the channel change works well ...

I don't know what these two options do. The OpenWebIf doesn't have token-based security, and no clue what anti-hacking measures are.

Perhaps you have to go back to basics. What is exactly your web interface configuration (the settings on the screenshot I posted)?

I set it in the same way as your screenshot ...
I also tried to change some options, nothing to do.

I would like to use Openpli but I do not want to give up DreamStream E2 ...

Here they tell me nothing:

Thought as much.

Either DreamStream E2 makes sure they are compatible with OpenWebIf, or OpenWebIf needs to be compatible with DreamStream E2. And someone has to start with debugging it to see where the compatibility issues are.

I'm afraid there are no other options. I sort of get Jörg when he says that DreamStream needs to deal with it, the big question ofcourse is, since it's Dream "endorsed", will they bother...

Neither do I, it is not related to OpenPLi, we can't do anything about it. One of the two has to deal with compatibility towards the other...
