Are there issues with Sky UK channels lately?

I'm using oscam and get correct decoding messages but still have a black screen. Only happening recently.

Brrr.... I'd rather cancel my subscription.

Sky Uk made it so difficult (impossible) to open their channels on an enigma2 receiver to fight cardsharing.  But have they sold any extra subscription?  I do not think so.  All the users of CS have gone to IPTV, either on a Kodi machine or even on enigma2 receivers.

And normal users have looked at alternatives like Virgin cable, which seems to work on enigma2 receivers.

In the end result, I think Sky Uk have lost subscriptions.

Willy

PS: do not conclude from this contribution, I support CS or IPTV.  I do not. I just questioning their method of fighting CS, and the results they are getting.

I'm switching to Freeview, has most of the channels I regularly watch, and are not FTA on the Sat. Saves me 50 quid a month...

No, FreeView is DTT. They have quite a bit FTV/FTA channels DTT that are not on FTA Freesat.

I don't read PM -> if you have something to ask or to report, do it in the forum so others can benefit. I don't take freelance jobs.
Ik lees geen PM -> als je iets te vragen of te melden hebt, doe het op het forum, zodat anderen er ook wat aan hebben.

Sorry, did not consider DTT.

So why is Sky selling then so much?  Only for Sports channels I suppose.

Nope, my curremt fee is 50 quid a month, and that is without any Sports channels, without any HD (except the FTA ones), but with SKY Movies (which I haven't cancelled yet).
