When I watch any channel from the satellite ..?!

Not sure if we have a 6500 still in the team. However, since this is an end of life box, there aren't any driver updates anymore. According to the BSP, the 6x00 drivers are over 3 years old. So I can't immediately think of something that could cause this.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Many answers to your question can be found in our new and improved wiki.

Ok ... Thanks ... I installed on Vu + DUO and it works great, there is no freezing of the image, so there seems to be another problem with Xtrenda6500 ... I ask for another help: How to install picons on Vu + DUO? Thank you...

No idea what mediaplayer is. Why don't you use the built-in player?

That's this one i use, the media player standard in the PLi 6.

Pause what kind of movie? Recording or media file like mkv?

Same problem with the 2 kind of file : recording and, avi, mkv, etc...

I think it is a problem of media player but i am not sure, and it's why i ask for a better media player, if there is one ?

Recordings are played back via hardware, other media via gstreamer (software), two completely different paths.

It is not a key mapping problem, that you press "stop" (or the box sees "stop") instead of pause? I can not reproduce it here.

VU+ Ultimo 4K:

RC 6.0.

2.) Most times when I turn on the tuner from standby, I'll get a flickering picture when using cableTV. It almost looks like interferance. I have to restart to get a normal picture. I am using  a VU+ FBC-DVB-C cableTV tunermodule.

(This is not a problem on tested Blackhole img).

     No problem on DVB-S2 module.

I have never seen this on mine. Do you have the DVB-C FBC tuner in the FIRST tuner slot?

I am really thinking of a hardware defect here.

Maybe he is referring to streams? Along with lots of other information that's missing here...

Just finish trying out new img and i don't see any significal diferrance <_< Maybe menu config are better regroup. But still missing to me in Full HD skin , on channel list in left down corner should de (like in VTI) more next epg positions, like -NEXT, LATER, AFTER ( so at least 3 or even 4 next epg short ).This is very usefull to me , otherwise have to switch to full EPG.Or maybe whole skin should be as Pro version with full customization  .VTI has it :) .Besides one thing suprise me, that DVB drivers are from 22 of may 2017 and there is no problems with tuners C and D, like now in PLI 4 with drivers from 28 december 2016 :( So VU+ deliver to you proper drivers but to old img they still waiting ?

My hardware configuration: Tuner A slot: DVB-S2-FBC, NIM (45208 FBC) tuner A-H

                                             Tuner B slot: DVB-C- FBC, NIM (BCM3148) tuner I-P

                                             Tuner C slot: switchable DVB-T or C, NIM(TT3L10) tuner Q-R

Picture freezes and a sort of flickering picture. I am unable to select another DVB-C channel.
