hdparm -S 12 /dev/sda

This should set a 1 minute standby timeout.

If you are not sure /dev/sda is your harddisk, type

mount

first to check.

I guess you'd better ask this to Gigablue itself, as we don't create the BSP.;)

Afaik they are busy with it, so I don't think it is need to ask them to hurry up. ;)

I see the same behaviour on 6.0 RC as I've seen in previous versions.

It seems that if I look at one channel and at the same time have a recording running on another channel, the Channel List opens by itself, quite randomly.

I'm fairly certain it started doing this after I configured HDMI CEC to start/stop the TV when operating the STB (VU+ DUO2).

Is this a known issue with a solution?

Definitely not a known issue, never seen or heared anything like this before.

Maybe a fault with the remote, so that the box sees a keypress that isn't there? Or the TV sending some HDMI-CEC command that the box interprets wrong?

If you switch HDMI-CEC off again, does the problem go away?

Ok, turning off HDMI-CEC stops this from happening, not happened once since turning of HDMI-CEC.

Which begs the question what command could be received via HDMI-CEC that can be interpreted as "open the channel list"?

Since update openpli-6.0-rc-et9x00-20170803_usb.zip the channel list and  the menu are no longer available. It is possible to switch channels but the channel list will not be displayed! The same thing for the menu.

Please help!

On Vu+ Duo, all the 6.x RC OpenPli images freeze after the second reboot.

I've found that the issue seems to be with the af9035 drivers. Without those drivers, the decoder boots normally.

I just flashed the image you posted on a ET9000 and it works ok. Perhaps some strange Skin related issue. I use, as always, the default skin.

@ Teleradio.

I noticed some minor issues but these have nothing to do with the issue you mentioned with the GUI.

The problem of the non-visible GUI on the ET9x00 has already been reported on page 17 of this thread.
Does the openPLi team even keep track of the issues rised with 6.0rc?

Do you run it in a multiboot situation?
