I have a question, I have made a small x86 program, but it works fine in Win 7 win 8 win 10 but in Win XP, I get the message "No valid win32 application" and so do not start. How do I get this in Windows XP Pro SP3?

Check here:
https://docs.microso...em-requirements
highest supported version on windows XP: .NET Framework 4
Now check your the config of your application: sku=".NETFramework,Version=v4.5.2
So when you want to make it run on XP you should remake it to work with net framework 4, not 4.5.2

Beware tat Windows XP isn't safe anymore.. I would suggest never to put such a machine to the network anymore.
Have you tried compatibility settings also within Windows 7/8/8.1/10? Maybe you can fix it with adjusting these settings (See properties of the file, and then somewhere compatibility mode.

With Windows 10: use properties, Select tab Compatibility, select Windows XP-SP3 and then run the program.. then it works fine.
If I didn't do that, I got an error during the download of something..

Which Windows is?
But there are still Windows XP security updates, you only need to know how to get them (tip: hack your XP to make Windows think it is a POS edition).
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
