It is strange that all network related connections between the two boxes work, except the fallback tuner and the remotestreamconverter. With the last one, even retrieving the bouquets fails.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

What is strange about this feature if you have mounted the harddisk of the Ultimo 4K to any other box?
The hard drive is in the 4K and I can read movies with the Solo²

Flash on both boxes the last OpenPLi version and I'm sure it'll work.
Mijn schotel is een T90 met 10 LNB's. Daarnaast voor de fun nog een draaibaar systeem met een Triax TD 78.
Dreamboxen heb ik niet meer echt actief. Verder heb ik ook nog een een VU+ duo2 met 500Gb harddisk + een VU+ Uno, Zero, Solo 4K, Ultimo 4K, Zero 4K, Uno 4Kse. + ook nog een Xtrend ET7x00. Daarnaast heb ik ook nog diverse andere modellen w.o. een Formuler F4, ET8500, ET7500, Mut@nt 2400HD, Xsarius Fusion HD se en verder nog wel het e.e.a. waarmee op verzoek vanalles wordt getest. Iemand moet het tenslotte doen. 
Los van de eerder genoemde modellen heb ik nog wel een rits aan testsamples als Mut@nt 2400HD, HD60, GB UE4K, GB Trio4K, Maxitec Multibox combo en Twin, Octagon sf8008, sf8008 mini en last but nog least enkele modellen van het Grieks Duitse Edision.
Voor centrale opslag van media gebruik ik een Qnap 219P met tweemaal 2 Tb harddisks + een Synology DS414 met 12 Tb Totale opslag.

Flash on both boxes the last OpenPLi version and I'm sure it'll work.
That's what I did and it does not work.

Due to some strange network issue it should be a local problem. Especially now you flashed alternative images which didn't work either.

What is amazing is that the 4K connects to the Solo² and it works and not the other way around!

I have a Solo 4K with a hard drive and a Solo² without hard drive.
The hard drive is on the Solo 4K, I see it on Solo².
Mounting the hard drive on the Solo 4K is different from the Solo², it is in a drawer, to do the reverse, I have to disassemble the Solo², which I prefer to avoid.

What is strange is that I read the Solo 4K hard disk with Solo², while Solo² can not connect with the remotestreamconvert.

Obvious. Although you hardly can't make a mistake with RSC I will show it oncemore how RSC works.
1. First you start RSC via the menu in the Solo2.
2. Push the yellow button once RSC is runs.
3. Fill in the IPaddress of the 4K box and nothing else, and push ok to download the bouquetlist of the 4K box.
4. Select the bouquets you'd like to use with OK and if you're ready selecting the desired bouquets push green to download them.
5. Now you should have the selected bouquets available at the bottom of the of the Solo2.
1. First you start RSC via the menu in the Solo2.
2. Push the yellow button once RSC is runs.
3. Fill in the IPaddress of the 4K box and nothing else, and push ok to download the bouquetlist of the 4K box.
4. Select the bouquets you'd like to use with OK and if you're ready selecting the desired bouquets push green to download them.
5. Now you should have the selected bouquets available at the bottom of the of the Solo2.

Both running OpenPLi 4?
No, the Solo 4K in OpenPli 4.0 and the Solo² in 6.0.
I already try to put both in OpenPli 4.0, this does not work.
