What is the status of these CDS channels?

- History

- iConcerts

 

Are these supposed to have EPG? I am seeing none.

- iConcerts You have to import the Rytec Miscellaneous XMLTV source.

You may not have this yet.  It should have been in the update this morning.  (but is was not)

Did the plugin update to the version with the treeview? I did update that yesterday so it should be in tonights build?

It was not updated on PLi6.0RC.  And since it was not in there I did not bother to check PLI4.0 anymore.

I didn't ask about your sources file. You could have seen I didn't merge it last night. I asked about the plugin itself, the treeview, which wasn't in 4 yet.

 

The sources file has been updated in develop and merged back into 4, so that should be ok tomorrow.

And that is where I am referring to.  The plugin itself.  It was not there!!!!!!!!

I thought if you ask for the plugin, my answer could only be understood as an answer to exactly your question -  the plugin with the treeview.

Sorry that is your toko.  I know too little from this to comment on this.

(I can find a file in there, build it at home and even if it is python grab the file and substitute it for the one on the receiver)

 

This will be looking at logs, I guess.  (Which is what I need to do if something goes wrong with grabbing EPG)

So you can check if you locally, in OpenPLi 4, have enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport_1.0+git119+baf7cea-r0.0_mips32el.ipk (if you have a mipsel box)?

I said, I did not check PLi4

But just now I ran opkg update

and in the openpli-mips32el file I can find the following

Filename: enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport_1.0+git119+baf7cea-r0.0_mips32el.ipk

So in PLi4 it seems that is updated.

 

 

The PLi6.0RC was updated (the feed) this morning and I find this in the openpli-mips32el file :

Filename: enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport_1.0+git113+33cf678-r0.0_mips32el.ipk

So just in case, I was too early this morning with updating the feed.  I did it now again (opkg update) and still:

Filename: enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport_1.0+git113+33cf678-r0.1_mips32el.ipk

I think this is the proof of what i was saying all along.

I don't understand any of this, but about one week ago I updated my ET10000's (all on Pli 4) and found out some day's later that the EPG was not updated (0 entries). I found out because the autotimer didn't ad anything new.

 

Looking at sources in EPGimport plugin, the sources were changed, as in many sources (more different sources than before) and all of these sources were unchecked.

So I checked those on the last part with the other compression, to find they don't work at all (0 entries). I remember there was an error, but I didn't write anything down.

So I rebooted and checked the usual and added some others and the import works again.

 

I am not to check all,  but it seems to work now, with "the old sources" on Pli 4.

 

Maybe this helps a bit?

What did I write in post #5? Tommorow.

 

Which for 6.0-rc means tomorrow evening, since that build only starts at noon, and a single build-run can take from anywhere beteen 6 and 12 hours.

 

edit: I have just seen that MiLo has reverted your change, since the new link you used was unavailable this afternoon, which crashed the build. So changes are that there is no OpenPLi 4 update tomorrow if it is still unavailable tonight, because I don't have the option to fix this anymore.

One tries to be as carefull as possible, and then a typo kills you.  (overlooked a subfolder)

Had to close the request, as your local branch wasn't correctly updated, the PR contained half a repo.

I send you some e-mails about this.  And you made a similar typo as I did in the original request.

Made a new request.  Hopefully this does not have half the repo attached.  (I do not know how that came about - did I press a wrong button somewhere?)

Yeah, that happens when you try to find the needle in the haystack, and you're not very careful.

 

I've fixed it.

 

When you create a PR in github, it doesn't take only the last commit, but a diff between the source and destination repo/branch. So if before your change the source and destination aren't identical, this is the result. So it is important to make sure your local branch is identical before you start making changes.

Made the changes.  Saw then that is was in the development branch, which is not good as you pointed out to me,  Changed the branch to rc-6.0 and commited.

Is that what you mean happened?
