Been trying to flash vu + duo running Pli 4 with pli 6. Looks like it has worked and gives me option when rebooting of restoring settings or not. Have tried both but either way what i'm still left with is still running pli 4. don't understand

yes that's the image. i watch it do it's thing. it asks me to take out usb and reboot. all seems fine. weird

You probably need to upgrade your VU+ Duo bootloader first.
Then install OpenPLi RC6.

Thanks. On my 3rd attempt it worked so now running 60.rc. Out of interest where would I find VU+ Duo bootloader and when was it last upgraded?
