I don't know this box, but from the specs it looks the same as an H5.2S, but the second tuner is a combi instead of a fixed S2.
All H5 boxes run the same image, so I think it's true for this box too. If you want to be sure, boot it up first when you receive it, and see what image it runs.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

They come with OpenATV from China all the time, do not know why, on OpenATV Website they have the download for this product specifically, I like to flash OpenPLI 6, but you do not have download for this on the Website, just for the H5.2S, I think it will be OK, but little worried not to brick the Box, is no one here from the OpenPLI team that can say to me to flash above image 100%????

We don't have that box, so we can't guarantee anything at the moment.
If I check the OpenATV site, I can only see a generic H5 image, just like we have. Which is why I said to just boot the image that comes preinstalled, and see what it is. And perhaps make a screenshot of the about screen, so we can see what it is too.

Wrong, on OpenATV the image is there for the Specific Box, here:

I do not know why you have not Specific image for this Box,

Until now no specific images were needed for any H5 box. The H5.2S+ is a box with one multi stream tuner. Why don't you try it. If it doesn't work you can always flash the 'specific' OpenATV image again.
Mijn schotel is een T90 met 10 LNB's. Daarnaast voor de fun nog een draaibaar systeem met een Triax TD 78.
Dreamboxen heb ik niet meer echt actief. Verder heb ik ook nog een een VU+ duo2 met 500Gb harddisk + een VU+ Uno, Zero, Solo 4K, Ultimo 4K, Zero 4K, Uno 4Kse. + ook nog een Xtrend ET7x00. Daarnaast heb ik ook nog diverse andere modellen w.o. een Formuler F4, ET8500, ET7500, Mut@nt 2400HD, Xsarius Fusion HD se en verder nog wel het e.e.a. waarmee op verzoek vanalles wordt getest. Iemand moet het tenslotte doen. 
Los van de eerder genoemde modellen heb ik nog wel een rits aan testsamples als Mut@nt 2400HD, HD60, GB UE4K, GB Trio4K, Maxitec Multibox combo en Twin, Octagon sf8008, sf8008 mini en last but nog least enkele modellen van het Grieks Duitse Edision.
Voor centrale opslag van media gebruik ik een Qnap 219P met tweemaal 2 Tb harddisks + een Synology DS414 met 12 Tb Totale opslag.

I've checked that OpenATV image, it is a standard h5 image, so I can confirm what Frenske already said, our h5 image should work fine too.

I can confirm too. H5 is ok for s2+
